God's Plan for You
God created you. You are special. God loves you very much and has a special plan for your life. God says in the Bible, "For I know the plans I have for you...plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" Jeremiah 29:11
God's plan for you includes asking His Son Jesus Christ into your life to be your Lord and Savior so you can live forever with Him in heaven.
Have you ever wondered about Jesus Christ? Have you ever honestly asked yourself who Jesus is? Who is this man that changed the course of history by changing the lives of men and women across the centuries? Who is this man who's teachings have reverberated through the ages and have touched our lives in one way or another? You owe it to yourself to discover who this man is, and what He offers you today.
His story, as history records, is that Jesus was more than man. Jesus is God. Jesus healed lepers with a touch, Jesus calmed seas with a word, Jesus paid sins debt and Jesus rose from the dead, not man.
Could you be sinner in need of a Savior? Because of your sin, you are separated from God. The Bible says...."All have turned away from God; all have gone wrong. All have sinned....and the wages of sin is death." Romans 3:12, 23; 6:23
How do you accept God's gift of eternal life?
Believe: You must believe Jesus died for you and is alive today. You must also believe that Jesus is the only way for you to get to heaven. The Bible says...."Yet to all who received Him (Jesus), to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God." John 1:12
Repent: Understand that you sin(disboey God) and you must turn from your sin. To repent, tell God you have sinned, ask Him to forgive you and to help you obey and please Him. The Bible says.... "Repent, then, and turn to god, so that your sins may be wiped out" Acts 3:19.
Receive: You must invite Jesus to come into your life to be your Lord and Savior. By inviting Him, you are promising to obey Him in all areas of your life.
You can accept God's gift by praying a single prayer. When you do this, God forgives and removes the sin that has separated you from Him. Then Jesus comes to live in you as Savior and Lord. You become a part of God's family.
The Bible says...."Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved" Romans 10:13.
Are you in need of Jesus or someone to talk with about this important decision in your life?
