Neighborhood Prayer Requests	Neighborhood Around Your Church or any other	Give a bottle of water and an appropriate note to residents. Write down neighbors’ prayer concerns. Turn these in to the church office to be placed in the prayer room. After about 2 wks, return to ask for an update; offer to continue praying. This could involve the Special Friends Sunday School Class. They could accompany the other adults and present the water. However, any group of adults could do this. There is a waiting list for people needing training. It really needs to be an ongoing project to make the most of the training. The relatives have to go through training to be able to provide the care. During the training, meals are needed for the trainees. Volunteers are needed to provide these meals. Child Protective Services	#7 Briercroft	PRIDE—Project II: During the last session of training (May 16), families are presented with an organizational notebook of pocket folders as a graduation gift. These notebooks are to keep pertinent information such as children’s doctor’s appointments, calendar with important events, and memorabilia from school for each child in the home. Covenant Parking Garage	Entrance is South of Hospital off 21^st Street	Small group collects money to pay for parking for patrons. As people leave, they are told that their fee has been paid as a way to show God’s love. Pass out a Kindness card. Designate a couple of members of the group to greet and pass out the cards, and change often until everyone gets a turn. Area Hospitals	Several	Take your group to a hospital and visit the patients, whether you know them or not. First, pray for each other. Break up into teams of 2 or 3 people and scatter. Offer prayer and encouragement; be sensitive to situation. Pass out Kindness cards. Set up a time and place to meet later. Afterwards, your group could gather together for coffee or a fellowship meal and a time of sharing the experiences.
