- Assist in organizational training, evaluation, and growth strategies
- Assist in the interim process
- Assist in conflict resolution and mediation
RESOURCE CHURCH STARTS
- Provide demographics and resource development
- Train leadership and network cooperative tasks

TRANSFORM CHURCH LEADERSHIP
Aggressively mentor and nurture ministers
